We purchased a house after watching the market for a long time. We know a lot of the real estate agents in our area, and although they are all good at what they do, we only wanted the best! Debra was always upfront and honest and worked hard to get the results we wanted. We didn't get everything we had asked for, but Debra walked us through all our options carefully and worked with us to settle with the best possible outcome! (We had a very stubborn seller) We had to also push hard to meet our deadline to move, and between our loan officer and Debra they pulled a miracle and got it done three days before the deadline! Then while we were exhausted and scrambling to unpack the house, Debra shows up with a bag full of goodies, drinks and pizza coupons! She was such a lifesaver! In the end, we couldn't be happier with the outcome and we know we made the best choice and even a new friend in going with Debra Clerf! I sold two investment properties that were listed by Debra. (My mom and two brothers were all RE brokers in the past so I'm kind of fussy.) She's got good knowledge, advice and then: …they were sold. Both were smaller value houses and took some time to close but these types of properties have lots of questions and Debby got it done. I'm a happy client and have one more property to sell next year. Disclosure: I was a seller so my experience is on that side of the transaction but I can only think that Debby would do a great job finding you a new home or investment property!

I have worked with many realtors over the years, and sadly, too many times, I knew more and worked harder than most of them. However, my experience with Debra was just the opposite, as well as a very pleasant surprise. She is a superior real estate agent. I called her to visit a home I had seen for sale, and although that house did not suit my needs, she immediately picked up on the type house I was looking for and the area in which I wanted to locate. Unlike many past realtors, she did not waste my time showing me houses that would not have interested me regardless of price. As a native Ellensburg native, she also helped me understand the different locations in the city and the economic implications of buying in each. Not only did Debra help me visualize the changes I might be able to do to make a house my home, but she even arranged for a contractor to view the home with me to let me know if the changes that I envisioned were possible. Debra is first rate, first class. If you are lucky enough to enlist her aid, you will be very pleased with the services she will provide. Did I mention she is also personable and makes house-hunting fun!

Debra worked tenaciously on selling my property. It was an extremely difficult piece of property to sell as the only living quarters was a 360 sq. ft. studio in the barn (with plans for a future home). Because a home must appraise at 75% of the total value it was almost impossible to secure a loan. Other agents in the valley had tried but Debra was the only one who never gave up on it. If I ever had a need for a real estate agent in the Ellensburg area again I would definitely call on Debra!
